Nuur Studio provides custom digital development services including web application development, systems integration, design and implementation, infrastructure consulting, and related technical services. The specific scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing for any project will be agreed in writing between Nuur Studio and the client before work commences.

3. Enquiries and Proposals

Submitting an enquiry through our contact form or via email does not constitute a binding agreement or contract. A formal engagement begins only when both parties have agreed to a written proposal, statement of work, or contract outlining the scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, code, graphics, and the Nuur Studio brand — is the intellectual property of Nuur Studio unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without our prior written permission.

For client projects, intellectual property ownership and licensing terms will be specified in the project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, upon full payment the client receives ownership of the custom code and assets developed specifically for their project. Pre-existing tools, libraries, and frameworks used in the project remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including amounts, schedules, and methods, will be specified in the project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, we typically require a deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion or at agreed milestones. Late payments may incur interest at the rate permitted under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, content, and assets necessary for the project in a timely manner. Delays caused by the client in providing required materials may result in adjusted timelines and, where applicable, additional costs as agreed in writing.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of a project. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement between the parties. Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available, independently developed, or lawfully received from a third party.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nuur Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement by providing written notice as specified in the project agreement. In the event of termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination. Any deposits paid are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not use our website in any way that breaches any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation, or in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, the server on which our website is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to our website.

11. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Nuur Studio. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
